We try our best to deliver the best possible experience to our customers. All the items would be quality-checked before delivery to avoid returns as much as possible. Our return and refund policy timelines are as follows. If timeline days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Jewellery, Gifts, Kitchenware – 7-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee applicable. We would exchange or refund the product cost if reported within 7 days of delivery to us in case of damaged or defective item(s). Shipping cost if any, shall not be refundable. The product should be unused, undamaged, and in original condition without any stains, scratches, or holes.
- Electronics & Other Categories– No Return & Replacement shall be applicable. We ensure that quality products will be sent before shipping.
To complete your return, we might seek sample photos of products before accepting refund requests.
Under the following situations, the product shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this policy.
- If the original box containing the product gets damaged.
- If the product is washed.
- If the product is not in its original state.
- If the product is returned without its original packing & jewellery.
- Products without a valid or readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, tampered, or unreadable serial numbers.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that if the product has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer care executive who will guide you in preparing the product return shipment. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your returned products are received and inspected, we will send you a message on WhatsApp or an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we transfer the refund amount via any UPI app including Phonepe, Google Pay, etc, or bank transfer, within a certain amount of days. Please note that our inspection decision on returned products shall be final & binding.
